What are your payment terms?

Payment terms can be negotiated also depending on the invoice amount. Underneath you find some examples:

In case of transport by truck:
- 25% Downpayment with order and 75% before loading on truck.

In case of shipment:
- 100% irrevocable and confirmed sight Letter of Credit.
- 30% downpayment with order and 75% TT before loading.

In case of a spare parts order:
- 100% with order.

What comes with the crane we want to buy?

If offered with a chassis:
It will be delivered with all pins and bolts to assemble the chassis, not to fix it to the foundation. If the chassis is railtravelling: railbogies, electrical cabinet and all electrical cables will be supplied, excluding the power cable to the crane which will be fixed on the drum or directly in the cabinet.
Ballast:
Always to be discussed as it is depending on the type of transport and availability.
Fixing angles:
Are never included, except when offered.
Mast sections:
These are delivered with pins and bolts and the necessary ladders and platforms.
Jib length:
Will be delivered as offered with pins, trolley and necessary tiebars/cables.
Counterjib:
The correct counterjib length will be delivered according to the jib length wich is purchased.
Counterweights:
You will receive the number of counterweights which are needed for the supplied jib length.
Electric cables: The power cable we supply will run from top to bottom of the crane and not until your power supply cabinet. All the electrical cables on the top of the machine are complete.

What are your delivery terms?

Normally we sell our goods as seen or as inspected.
Warranty on our goods can be discussed, depending on the product.
The goods will remain our property until full payment has been received.
Our clients can decide which delivery term they prefer: FOB, CIF or other.
 

What is delivery FOB?

FOB (Free On Board) means that delivery is completed at the moment the goods pass the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means the buyer has to bear all the costs and risks of loss of - or damage to the goods from that point. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export. This term can be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.

What is delivery CIF?

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) means that delivery is completed at the moment the goods pass the ship's rail in the port of destination. The seller must pay the costs and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named port of destination BUT the risk of loss of - or damage to the goods, as well as any additional costs due to events occurring after the time of delivery are transferred from the seller to the buyer. However, for a CIF delivery the seller also has to procure marine insurance against the buyer's risk of loss of - or damage to the goods during the transport.

What is delivery Ex Works (EXW)?

EXW (Ex works) means that the seller delivers at the moment he places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller's premises or another named place. The goods are not cleared for export and not loaded on any collection vehicle.

Normally we deliver the goods EXW Free On Truck. (Loaded on your Trucks, not loaded in containers)

What is delivery FAS?

FAS (Free Alongside Ship) means the seller delivers at the moment the goods are placed alongside the vessel at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks of loss of - or damage to the goods as from that moment. FAS terms require the seller to clear the goods for export.

What is Executed as static crane?

"Executed as static crane" means that the crane is not delivered with a chassis or fixing angles.
These can be ordered separately.

What is the condition of the crane that will be delivered?

Technical condition:
The cranes shipped from our yard will be technically checked before loading. This means the hoist, trolley, slewing motors and controls have been tested and are in good working order.

Paint and structural condition:
Our machine are sold as seen or as agreed otherwise.
Repainting and reconditioning can be discussed.
